Story
I'm running the 2027 TCS London Marathon for Mind!
The Challenge
Running the London Marathon is one of the biggest challenges I’ve ever taken on. It’s not just about crossing the finish line—it’s about proving to myself that I can do something I once thought was impossible.
As a plus size woman, this journey can feel even more daunting. But I’m here to show that strength, determination, and resilience come in every shape and size.
Why I Run
Every early morning, every training run, every mile has purpose. I’m raising money for Mind, a cause that means everything to me. Mental health touches so many lives, including my own.
In Memory
I lost my brother to suicide, and I carry him with me every single day. This marathon is for him. It’s my way of honouring his memory and helping Mind continue their vital work supporting those who are struggling.
The Bigger Picture
If my journey inspires even one person to reach out, speak up, or believe in themselves, then every step will be worth it.
Thank You
To everyone who supports, donates, and cheers me on—thank you. You’re helping me make every mile count.
Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. But hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling.
Mind believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. They'll listen, give you support and advice, and fight your corner.
Right now, Mind’s phone lines are the busiest they’ve ever been. In the UK 1 in 4 of us will face a mental health problem this year, yet too many still wait in silence. Mind is often their only lifeline — on the phone, in local communities, and fighting for change so no one is left behind.
