This November, Laura and Magdalen have challenged themselves to take on HYROX to help raise money for people living with cancer.

HYROX is a global fitness race that combines functional strength exercises with endurance. Participants complete 8 km of running, broken up by 8 challenging workout stations including exercises like sled pushes, rowing, and wall balls. The event is designed to test full-body fitness, stamina, and mental toughness, making it accessible for both elite athletes and everyday fitness enthusiasts. It’s a true test of strength, speed, and endurance, all in one race!
