Me and Barney Bear are running the 5k mental elf run to help raise money for Mind. Having been in crisis myself before, I have been signposted and used the local services personally. I know times are tight but every penny helps. My confidence in running has slowly started to come back since my mental health took a massive nose dive so this is even more fitting and hope this can help others.
