At the end of April, a group of us from the Leisure Booking Team will be hiking Snowdon overnight to reach the summit for sunrise. We’re taking on this challenge to raise money for Together for Short Lives, the chosen charity supported by Center Parcs.

As many of us work together at Center Parcs on the booking desk, we wanted to use this opportunity to support a charity that means a lot to our workplace and the incredible work they do.

Together for Short Lives supports seriously ill children and their families across the UK, helping them make the most of every moment they have together. They work with children’s hospices and care teams to ensure families facing the most difficult circumstances receive the support, care and compassion they need.

Alongside supporting Cancer Research UK, this hike is our way of raising awareness and giving back to a cause that is close to our team and the wider Center Parcs community.

Climbing Snowdon through the night will be a challenge, but knowing that it can help make a difference for families who need support makes it all worthwhile.
