Story
As part of our company's challenge to raise £25k for GCHC in 2026/27, and on week 4 of C25k - I've had a silly notion to train and attempt the Great Scottish Run 10k in October.
It may seem easy for some, but as someone who has never been able to run longer than 2 minutes, failed the Couch to 5K hundreds of times and used to hide in the bushes during school cross country - this feels huge and I don't believe I can do it.... but let's see shall we!
With plenty of friends having been helped by Glasgow Children's Hospital over the years, either when it was Yorkhill or as it is now, I'd love to support their amazing work in offering life changing research, services and support.
Any donation would be massively appreciated and motivate me to do it!
