Story
On 26 April 2026, I will be running in the TCS London Marathon to raise funds for Access Sport.
Founded in 2004, Access Sport supports disabled, disadvantaged and neurodiverse children and young people to access the life-changing benefits of community sport.
They do this by training, equipping and supporting community sports clubs to deliver inclusive sports sessions.
By donating to my JustGiving page, you'll be helping Access Sport to continue their vital work, creating more opportunities for effected children to experience the transformative power of sport.
As am a mum of 2 young children myself, and having been involved in children's sports, I know the importance of being able to offer your child access to a sports club. Allowing them to full in love with a hobby, make friends outside of school and reap the benefits of general exercise and mental health.
The work in which Access Sport are doing is vital for so many children so I am very pleased that I am raising money for an amazing cause, close to my heart.
As a complete newbie to running, I am excited for this challenge ahead of me to reach my personal goal of completing a marathon alongside raising a significant amount of money to help Access Sport continue the hard work they are doing.
Thank you for your donation!
