I’m taking on the Bath 50k Ultra to raise awareness and support for Dementia UK.

Dementia is a disease that has recently touched my own family, and I’ve seen how challenging it can be for both those living with it and those caring for them. Dementia UK’s specialist Admiral Nurses provide essential guidance and reassurance for families navigating the complexities of the disease.

By running this ultra, I hope to shine a light on the importance of support for carers and loved ones affected by dementia. Any encouragement or contribution helps strengthen that support network.
