Well my big brother and I have decided to put on the old trainers and set ourselves a wee challenge…to run 70km over 3 weeks and will run our final 10km in the ‘Roon the Toon’ event in Kilmarnock on 11th June! We will be pounding the pavements over the next few weeks in memory of our beautiful mum who would be turning 70 years old on 7th June! Sadly, we lost our mum after a long and brave battle against Breast Cancer back in 2001 at the age of 48. We have decided to clock up the kms to try and raise some money for Cancer Research UK; a charity so close to our families’ hearts.
