On Saturday 25th January, my family, friends and I are taking part in the Winter Walk for Endo to ensure that everyone with endometriosis gets on the right pathway to care.

In 2024 I was diagnosed with Endometriosis, a condition that affects 1 in 10 women, but a condition that I knew very little about.

This chronic condition has had, and will continue to have, lifelong implications for me. My goal for this walk is to raise awareness, normalise conversation and contribute to Endometriosis UK so that other women and girls, have the support that they deserve.

Those suffering with condition are often faced with making challenging and difficult decisions during diagnosis, treatment and management of endometriosis.

Endometriosis UK exists to offer support and reliable information as well as fight and campaign for change and better treatment options.
