We’re taking on the Total Warrior 12km to support the incredible care provided by The Prince of Wales Hospice.

This isn’t just a challenge for us — it’s a tribute to the strength, dignity, and compassion shown by those facing terminal and life-limiting illnesses. Myself and my amazing colleagues are running, crawling, and climbing in honour of every patient and family who has walked a much tougher path.

Every penny raised will go directly to The Prince of Wales Hospice, helping them continue to provide vital care, comfort, and support when it matters most.
