Having never run in my life I was convinced by my best friend Sam to run the Bournemouth half marathon for Elsie’s Rose, a charity set up to provide financial support to bereaved families through the darkest time of their lives. Losing a child is something no parent should ever have to experience, but my two friends Annie and Ben lost their beautiful daughter Elsie in September 2021 and I would encourage you to read their story here:
