Thanks for taking the time to visit the fitness box JustGiving page.

Many members of the fitness box have signed up to take part in a 24 Hours Exercise Challenge, hosted by Jo and Lloyd Scott at the Fitness Box https://www.thefitnessboxstudios.com/

We will be starting at 8am on Saturday 3rd May and finished 8am on Sunday 4th. There will be a variety of activities throughout the 24 hours ranging from spinning, HIIT, walking and running routes.

Participants are not required to take part in every activity.. but it is a challenge after all 😜

We are excited (and a little nervous) to be taking part in the challenge. It’s for an amazing cause! Thank you Jo and Lloyd for supporting this.

(Note from Lauren) I asked Jo and Lloyd to consider footprints as their charity of choice following all the support they’ve provided (and continue to provide) for my youngest son, Luther.

A bit of background…

Luther was born very premature (10 weeks prem) and was recently diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Even before his official diagnosis, footprints recognised the difficulties he faced with simple physical tasks such as sitting unassisted, and put a plan in place to help develop his gross and fine motor skills.

Footprints are a fantastic charity organisation and run solely from charitable funding. They are unique to the local area in that they specialise in providing conductive education to disabled children, whilst also providing a support network for the families they help. They are in the process of relocating and upgrading their services, and it would be really great to be able to give something back to them in thanks for all they do for us and the other families.

It would be great to see as many people as possible supporting this challenge. Either through participation and/or donations. I’ll need some company to keep me awake!! 🥰
