I am abseiling down the 11-storey Lister Hospital tower block. It is going to be an amazing experience but more importantly I am doing it to support my local hospital.

Lister Hospital provides fantastic care to so many people in our community every day. I want to raise money for the East & North Hertfordshire Hospitals Charity who fund equipment, research and enhancements across the trust which helps so many patients and their families.

I am both nervous and excited about this challenge and would really appreciate your support. Even a small donation will help me reach my goal and support the hospital.
