Lauren's London Marathon fundraiser for Sense International

London Marathon 2025 · 27 April 2025 ·
This year, I’m taking on the challenge of running the London Marathon in support of Sense International, a remarkable charity that supports people with deafblindness and other complex disabilities around the world.
To make your contribution go even further, my employer will match every penny raised, up to £1,000. This means that for every £1 donated, £2 will be going towards this incredible cause. I would be truly grateful for your support.
Here’s some more information about the charity:
Sense International is the only international non-governmental organisation dedicated to supporting people with deafblindness and their families around the world.
We ensure that people with deafblindness can access education, healthcare and the means to earn a living, so they can thrive and live life to their full potential. We work in eight countries: Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Peru and Romania.
We identify children with deafblindness as early as possible in life so that, with the right support, they are able to thrive. We improve access to quality education and vocational training so that children and young people with deafblindness can become independent, establish a livelihood, and meet their full potential.
Together we can build a brighter future for people with deafblindness. Together we can ensure no one is left behind.
