South Coast Ultra Challenge…. 100km!!

I agreed to take this challenge on for a very brave friend of mine. Over the past couple of years my good friend has endured a lot! Things that no one should ever, ever experience.

Watching her survive, and come out the other side, rebuilding her strength and her entire life back up again has been wildly impressive and I’m very proud of her… So who am I to say no when asked if I would walk alongside her for this almighty challenge?!?!!
