🛟Lough Neagh Reacue are celebrating 35 years in service🛟

To raise money for LNR I with the help of Elissa in 'The Form Gym' have decided to under go another 24 hour workout. 1 workout per hour for 24 hours.

As everyone knows LNR not only saved mine and Liam's life back in 2017 but they continue to provide a 24 hour service 365 days a year. To enable their continued training to take place and attend call outs we have decided to help them raise the necessary funds to continue their service.
