On average, 1 woman is killed every 62 hours in the UK, so Shanna, Lauren and I are going to be walking 62 miles in October to raise money for this amazing charity.

Statistics show that 1 in 4 women will experience domestic abuse in their lifetime. In England and Wales, one woman is killed every five days by a partner or ex-partner, which is terrifying!

Refuge provides life-saving support through their 24-hour National Domestic Abuse Helpline and specialist services, giving women and children a chance to escape and rebuild their lives.
