Taking part in the half marathon hike around the Norfolk coast! Doing it in aid of a dearly beloved work colleague and friend, Paula, who recently passed away with terminal cancer. Having known her for 12 years, we’ve raised money every year for the macmillan bake sale within the laboratory at Bespak, so as a tribute to her we’re doing our own fundraising event by completing this walk.

She was the most selfless, friendly and comforting person, and would’ve jumped at the opportunity to join us, so please donate if you can as I’ll be taking part in this event alongside a few other colleagues/friends 🩷🩷🩷🌻🌻🌻
