Every cuppa will help NRAS provide trusted information, vital support services, a stronger voice for the half a million people affected by rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) in the UK.

Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic autoimmune disease characterised by joint pain, swelling, and morning stiffness. It primarily affects the small joints of the hands and feet symmetrically and can lead to permanent joint damage if left untreated.

One cup might seem small.

All funds raised will go towards making life easier for those with RA and JIA:

• £25 could help us campaign for better treatment and support

• £48 could fund a personalised Right Start call for someone who is struggling
