Forest Hall YPC provide sport and recreation at East Palmersville Sports Pavilion for many people, this includes football, boxing, fitness, health and well being groups and recreational community activities.

I have been playing football for Forest Hall Dazzlers alongside other people with disabilities since March 2016 and since then, I have captained the team on numerous occasions and training on Monday evenings has been one of my favourite times of the week. Being part of the team has not helped me with my fitness and make new friends but also improve my football, teamwork and communication skills.

Since May 2023, I have also had the chance to coach at the club's Comets sessions, which are held on Thursday evenings for primary school children with disabilities.
