We are holding a charity football game to remember a friend who sadly passed away in February. Laurence grew up in Hockwold and played football for Mundford throughout his childhood. He was a teacher, a loving family man, a great friend and a lovely person.

Our aim is to remember Laurence and bring members of the community together, as well as raising as much money for our chosen charity as possible. We are hoping to make it an appealing afternoon for families with some refreshments and fundraising activities.

This will be an all day event, starting at lunchtime nd going on until late. There will be the match @ 4pm, a charity raffle, licensed bar, food vans, live music and face painting. All proceeds will go to Nelson's Journey, via this justgiving page.

Please come along and get involved, our only aims are to Celebrate Laurence's life, for everyone to have fun and to raise as much money for this fantastic charity as possible.
