Story
Hello! This will be my fifth year running the Great North Run for CALM, an incredible suicide prevention charity very close to my heart.
Across the last four years I have raised £8262 for CALM ... so I thought this year let's aim big and try raise £1738 which will take the total raised over the last five years to TEN THOUSAND POUNDS!!
I cannot stress how much I hate running and am not a runner, but every step of that run is worth it knowing it is helping raise money that will change and save lives.
I would be so grateful for your donations, every penny counts and no donation is too small! Thank you for all your support over the years x

Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) are a suicide prevention charity. They've got loads of tools and resources to help people find the support they need, including a life-saving helpline for people who can’t see a way forward, have lost someone to suicide, or are worried about their friends or loved ones.
£12.20 is enough to fund one potentially life-saving call.
