So I’m doing a run! It’s been a few years ….. If I’m going to run I may as well try and raise a few quid. I’m running for CALM. Doing the Great South on October 19th.

Here’s the spiel…

Just over 3 years ago our beloved Nico, child, brother, nephew, cousin and friend, died by suicide 2 days after his 28th birthday and on the eve he was due to travel back from Bali where he was living. Needless to say it had a significant effect on everyone who’s life he touched. CALM in an amazing suicide prevention charity.

If I can make a difference to one person who is struggling with life then it’s worth every mile.

I know times are tight so no pressure, but if you can spare a couple of quid then please do.
