Walking for Hope, Strength, and Awareness

Glasgow Kiltwalk 2025 · 26 April 2025 to 27 April 2025 ·
This year, I am proudly participating in the Kitwalk Event 2025 to raise funds for Bipolar Scotland. As someone who has experienced the challenges of living with bipolar disorder, I know firsthand the importance of support, understanding, and raising awareness around mental health. Bipolar disorder is more than just mood swings; it’s a journey of highs and lows that can be incredibly isolating.
By sharing my story and walking for this cause, I hope to shed light on the realities of living with bipolar disorder and encourage others to seek help and speak out. Every step I take is a step toward breaking the stigma, offering support to those who feel unseen, and raising funds for crucial resources and research.
Please join me in supporting Bipolar Scotland, and let's walk together for a brighter future where mental health is understood, supported, and prioritised. Your generosity will make a difference.
