Lawnswood School's fundraiser for Leeds Hospitals Charity Rob Burrow Centre for Motor Neurone Disease

777 Challenge for Leeds Rob Burrow Centre for Motor Neurone Disease · 4 July 2024
What an amazing achievement - every child taking part in a charity activity for our local Leeds community. So proud of their efforts!
Thank you for visiting our JustGiving page supporting our 777 Challenge in memory of Rob Burrow and raising money for the Rob Burrow Centre for Motor Neurone Disease in Leeds. Our students and staff have been inspired by the example set by Leeds Rhinos' legendary no.7, Rob Burrow, and his friend, Kevin Sinfield.
Please help us contribute to the £6.8 million required to build a specialist Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Care Centre in Leeds, to give people living with MND the best quality of life.
On July 4th, students in Y7, Y8, Y9 and Y10 will be running / walking / skipping along a 777m track in our school grounds. The 270 students in each year group will be aiming to complete a total distance of 777km. They will also be trying to beat the staff team total!
Once you donate, JustGiving will send your money directly to the Leeds Hospitals Charity. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and secure, your details are safe - they'll never sell them or send unwanted emails. Thank you again
