We attended Hellenic Academy in Zimbabwe, where we had the privilege of sharing a classroom with two students supported by the Makomborero charity. They became our friends, and through them, we saw firsthand the incredible impact Makomborero has on students' lives. We are running this half marathon to support Makomborero because we believe in their mission to provide talented Zimbabwean students with life-changing educational opportunities. Having grown up in Zimbabwe, we understand the challenges many young people face in accessing quality education. By raising funds for Makomborero, we hope to help remove these barriers and empower more students to achieve their full potential.
