A team from our Chelmsford office will be taking part in Mid and North East Essex Mind's Firewalk on 10th October as part of World Mental Health Day. The event, which takes place at Writtle University College, will see our team challenge themselves, get out of their comfort zone and prove they can walked on fire!

Mid and North East Essex Mind is here to support and empower people experiencing an emotional or mental health condition by building on their personal hopes and aspirations. We work with children, young people and adults across the area. We believe no one should face a mental health problem alone.
