I am raising funds for Headway Ayrshire, a charity that provides support to people affected by brain injury. I am participating in the Great Scottish Run 2023, a10k race taking place on the 1st October. They are a charity that I turned to after suffering a brain haemorrhage , when I felt a bit lost and needed help to understand what was going on inside my head and have enjoyed meeting people all going through similar issues as me.
