💜 LBU CompCheer Charity Run for Candlelighters 💜

On 30th November, the LBU CompCheer team will be taking on a challenge in support of an incredible cause. Together, we’ll be running an incredible 210 km — the distance equivalent from Leeds Beckett University’s Headingley Campus all the way to our furthest competition in Telford!

We’re completing this challenge to raise funds for Candlelighters, a charity that provides essential emotional, practical, and financial support to children with cancer and their families across Yorkshire.

This year, we’ve set a fundraising goal of £400, and every pound will directly help Candlelighters continue their amazing work. Their support makes an enormous difference to families going through unimaginably tough times, and we want to do everything we can to help.
