I recently returned from trekking in the Annapurna region of the Himalaya in Nepal, raising funds for the extraordinary charity Animals Asia.

I've closed the JustGiving page for the trek which raised over target @ £1109 as it's now just a distant memory.

For the first time in ten years I haven't signed up for another trek as I'm probably hanging up my walking boots but continuing to raise funds for Animals Asia .

I shall start 'Curry At The Cottage' again next spring/ summer and continue to sell vintage goods via Instagram ( @hen_house_brocante ) donated goods at flea markets/ bootfairs and at all our festivals we're catering at next season will have 'Moon Bear Specials"

Let's get the last remaining bears to sanctuary that have been trapped in a living hell to join Buzz, Armstrong & QQ at the second sanctuary in Northen Vietnam.
