Story
I've been a veterinary nurse for over 25 years, working in the veterinary industry can be hugely rewarding, but I know first hand that it can also be rather challenging. And for those times, Vetlife is there.
Vetlife provides free and confidential support to the veterinary community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. I've worked alongside some of their volunteers and know just how important the work they do is.
So, when the opportunity to raise awareness and money for Vetlife came to Twickenham Stadium, this former Saracens rugby player figured it was worth overcoming a fear of heights to be a part of it.
On the 16th of October I will be joining other brave (or crazy) souls from the veterinary community to take on a unique and iconic challenge in aid of Vetlife, zipping 150 metres across the iconic Twickenham Stadium!
I would be extremely grateful for any donations you may be able to give for this great cause, it will also help fuel me overcoming heights and motion sickness to show my support.
