i will be running the Half Marathon as part of the Great Bristol Run in memory of a friend and beloved colleague Aly Sunderland who sadly passed last year.

Aly was always ready with a smile or to offer support and a kind word to those in need.

During the last days of her life Aly received fantastic care through the Southmead Hospital, for that reason all funds-raised will be donated to the Southmead Hospital Charity!

All donations are welcome, it truly is a worthy cause!
