Story
Clatterbridge Cancer Charity is very close to my heart. In January last year, my dad, Paul Cottham, sadly passed away following his experience with cancer and other unfortunate circumstances. I spent a lot of time in Liverpool during his illness, and the care, compassion and kindness shown to him by The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre meant everything to both him and our family.
During an incredibly difficult time, the team treated my dad with dignity and warmth, and supported us in ways I will never forget. Running in support of Clatterbridge Cancer Charity is a very personal way for me to give something back, in memory of my dad.
Clatterbridge Cancer Charity supports patients and vital cancer research at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre, helping to improve patient experience and fund life-changing treatments across the region. Any donation, no matter the size, will help ensure other families receive the same care and compassion that meant so much to ours.
Thank you so much for your support 🤍
