Hi all,

This is my 10th year being a part of the ambulance service so to celebrate I have entered the Cannock Chase Running Festival to raise money for Midlands Air Ambulance.

Whilst being a Student Para and also a Paramedic I was always the one who went to the worst jobs, particularly in my first 6 weeks qualified and it was always a relief to know the air ambulance was on the way!

I completed the Stafford 10k in 1hr6 and am aiming for around 1hr this time!

Anything you can give would be greatly appreciated ☺️
