Leandro is travelling to Kenya in July 2027 along with a group of Derby school pupils. They will be staying in Nakuru and spending their time volunteering at schools in a developing area of the country.

In partnership with Derby County Community Trust and African Adventures, Leandro will work in partner schools who provide a free education for children from underprivileged backgrounds, and help support the long-term development of the schools.

Working in a range of roles from teaching, sports coaching, or building and renovation, Leandro will undoubtedly make a difference and learn so much about the wider world during this challenging experience.
