I have signed up to take part in the Middlesbrough 10k. As you know I am not a runner but wanted to get fitter and help an amazing charity in the process. It would be so amazing if you could support my run and donate to my fundraising for the Great North Air Ambulance Service. They provide life-saving, critical care services by air and road across the North East, Cumbria, North Yorkshire and the Isle of Man. They receive no government funding, and are entirely funded by the generosity of the public.
