Ive chose this charity as ive suffered bad with mental health myself in the past.. ive lost a few friends due to mental health and i just think if more people knew about this then maybe in the future it could help someone.. im lucky to be around as mental health nearly got the better of me so now im doing this to show people its ok not to be ok but its also ok to talk!! Now this is my time to shine!! Hopefully my friends and family will get behind me and show the love ❤️❤️
