The history of Coin Street goes back to the early 1980s, when a group of local residents led an extraordinary campaign to transform the SE1 neighbourhood from a derelict site to a thriving place to live, work and play. Our mission to create and support a resilient, adaptable neighbourhood, of people and places, where everyone's diverse needs are met, is more important than ever today.
