We aim to raise money for our 2025/6 charity partner Coach Core whenever we can - be that via the events we hold or any of the other initiatives we are involved with.

Coach Core uses the power of sport and apprenticeships to transform the lives of young adults across the UK, especially those facing barriers, discrimination and limited opportunities. By working with national and local employers, Coach Core creates lasting positive change in marginalised communities through high quality sport and physical activities led by relatable young role models.

The Leasing Foundation is dedicated to supporting individuals across the business finance industry. Through a focus on innovation, young people, EDI, sustainability and giving, the Foundation brings people together to drive growth and create a stronger, more inclusive sector. Partnering with charities is a key part of this work, enabling the industry to give back and make a real difference to causes and communities close to its heart.

Coach Core is an exceptional charity, helping young people gain skills for work and life while building their confidence. We are proud to support CEO Gary Laybourne and his team this year. The Leasing Foundation is passionate about nurturing diverse future talent, so our mission aligns perfectly with that of Coach Core.
