Hi, my name is Ledine, and I am raising money for STS Charity.

STS Charity plays a vital role in our local community by supporting a variety of projects and initiatives, including:

- Rise Above Cancer: Provides essential help and assistance to people affected by cancer, including patients, carers, and family members.

- Mini Miracles: A Neonatal unit that uses its charitable fund to enhance services with state-of-the-art equipment, specialist training, and improved patient facilities.

- Phoenix Unit: This fund is dedicated to improving services with advanced equipment, specialist training, and better patient facilities.

STS Charity is significant to me as it’s a place where I have once worked and therefore, supporting the Charity and organisation is very important to me, in order to support its mission.

It's where my friends, family, and I seek healthcare services when needed. Currently, one of my relatives is receiving cancer treatment there, and another is undergoing ongoing rehabilitation support. This makes it especially important to me.

For those of you who know me well, you will know I am far short of a runner, however I wanted to take on a challenge (and a challenge it is!) whilst raising funds for a local Charity.
