Doing The Fred Perry Way in the Fred Perry way entails dressing as Stockport's finest sportsperson (no, not Phil Foden) - Fred Perry - and running the 14-mile footpath given his name that winds its way across Stockport's fine metropolitan borough via ginnels, passages, streets and the odd field here and there. We do it to raise money for the fantastic Wellspring in Stockport that helps the homeless and those who are at risk of losing their home.
