I used to do loads of stuff for charity and recent years I have found myself getting caught up in work and neglecting the most important things. I have wanted to cycle Lands End to John O'Groats for almost twenty years, after cycling through Europe with a dear friend, but simply never got round to it. Finally I am taking on the challenge, and have decided I will be doing it for a worthwhile cause.

Having looked into issues surrounding my personal life, to find a suitable charity, I felt there are already several major charities set up for these particular things, and I really wanted to help out somehow in my more local community, so conversed with some people and was pointed in the direction of Project Indi. After researching this charity I was instantly inspired by the work they do, not to mention I actually recognised some of the people on the team, all of whom I know are great people, and so my decision was made.
