2017, 2018, 2023 and now 2026. I've decided to do Tough Mudder for the 4th time - perhaps stupidly.

This time I will be doing it alongside Mr Benjamin Sanders (Benjani) and Mr Michael Cash (Cashy).

I've decided to raise money for Lads and Dads Vs Cancer (also known as Ball Tampering Allowed).

I was lucky enough to meet the founder Paul Ferriday earlier this year and listened to his extremely moving story - how he continues to live with cancer and the knowledge that it will eventually kill him.

Like everyone I know friends and family who have been effected by cancer and I felt this is a really worthwhile cause.

Their aim is to boost life expectancy through self-awareness and early medical intervention. They educate men on taking responsibility and changing outdated behaviours of ignorance and fear.

They also promote testicular checks for men aged 15-35 and regular prostate checks, the leading cause of male cancer deaths in the UK.

I'd really appreciate any donation you can make no matter how small.
