I'm stepping out of my comfort zone and taking part in the UltraComedy stand up comedy event on the 30th of June at the Drygate Brewery in Glasgow.

It's a real privilege that I'm also raising funds for a great cause via the event Music On Prescription.

Music On Prescription will provide free, online, emotional first aid of self selected music & self help resources, bridging the critical time gap between needing and receiving professional help for depression - reaching ANYONE, ANYWHERE, ANYTIME. Particularly the 3 in 4 people who do not contact mental health services in the year before taking their own life.
