20 years ago I had no idea that Parental Alienation existed, let alone what it was; since then I have seen two of my close friends suffer through this as alienated parents, and I can definitely say it was uncomfortable viewing.

We all have an opportunity to raise awareness of this abuse, and my contribution is to raise funds for the Parental Alienation Awareness group.

I will be participating in the 2024 Great North Run on the 8th September, and would really appreciate your support in helping me raise funds.
