This will be my fourth year taking part in All Stars UK, and somehow I keep signing up for more. This year I’m really proud to be involved in both UK Charity Allstars and AllStars Cymru.

For the main event, I’m raising funds for Refuge, an incredible charity that supports women and children who have experienced domestic abuse.

Alongside the hockey, I’ll also be taking on the 10YFan challenge, which involves going up and down Pen y Fan 10 times in 24 hours. It’s not part of the hockey tournament itself, just my way of doing a little extra to raise more funds and justify all the training snacks.
