I'm taking part in the 15k Sparkle Walk 2025 to support Haven House Children's Hospice on June 6th. Yes I know it's a walk and not a run but come on, it's 15k, and it's on a Friday night! It was either this or growing a comedy moustache and I don't need another reason to look silly.

Every year, Haven House (a facility local to me) support hundreds of children and their families in a number of ways, including:

* Providing respite care at home and in the hospice

* Providing specialised therapies

* Offering counselling to the whole family

* Running a Buddies programme to support siblings

* Supporting families with end-of-life and bereavement care

Families can access dedicated support 24/7, at the times they need it most. Care is provided where families choose - in their beautiful woodland hospice in Woodford Green, or in the home.
