Lee Miller: Running for Hope — Supporting MIND
Lee Miller is living proof that it’s never too late to change your life. After 30 years without exercise and a long struggle with alcohol addiction, Lee found the courage to start again and is now committed to recovery. He transformed pain into purpose, swapping spirits for self-belief and embracing each new day as an opportunity for renewal.
Guided by legendary coach Rory Coleman, Lee is training to take on the iconic Marathon des Sables (The toughest footrace on earth) in April 2026—a 250km race across the Sahara Desert. For most, it’s the ultimate test of endurance. For Lee, it’s a powerful symbol of new beginnings and the strength found in overcoming the impossible.
Every step Lee takes in the desert will be in support of MIND, the leading mental health charity. By running this epic race, Lee’s journey raises a voice for men’s mental health, demonstrating that hope can be rebuilt no matter how lost life may feel. His mission is a beacon for those facing silent battles—proving that change is always possible and that support is never out of reach.
Supporting Lee and MIND means joining a movement that’s about more than running—it’s about new beginnings, renewed courage, and the power of hope.
