On Thursday 10th October 2024, I will be taking on a new challenge in aid of Mid and North East Essex Mind - This time it's a Fire Walk. Far less anxiety inducing than my Skydive!

It’s been a difficult few years, and I know how hard it is fundraising in the current climate. Your support and donations mean Mid and North East Essex Mind can be here for people in Essex, to ensure nobody has to face a mental health problem alone. They do amazing work, and they have done a great deal to support me.

Mid and North East Essex Mind is a local, independent charity connected to the national charity Mind. They offer hope and support for good mental health, so that no one feels alone. They listen to our communities, and offer compassionate and inclusive mental health services, resources and practical support to promote wellbeing for everyone.
