On Friday 12th September, I will be walking in excess of 10 miles along the River Thames, crisscrossing over the bridges together with my best friend Nickie, and my colleagues Clare Elswood, David Suddes and Lauren Paine to raise much needed funding into the research of Motor Neurone Disease.

This is a charity very close to our hearts as Nickie lost her dear husband Gary on 4th February this year following a two year battle from this truly awful disease.

The effects of MND on those who are diagnosed, AND on their carers, is absolutely devastating as there is no cure so we really need your help to raise awareness
